That Pam is amazing.
Exactly what water for christmas is all about.
Pam is a hostess...planning, preparing, cooking, organizing, crafting and entertaining.
She does it best.
It's her gift.
So she is taking that gift and using it to provide clean water to Liberia.
Really, we walked in last night and she had stations set up.
All furniture pushed to the sides.
Tables everywhere.
Spotlights with extra outlets on them.
Every meal, drink and snack was planned.
All patterns were cut out and ready to go.
Ideas were printed off and passed around.
A dry erase board was propped up with her list on it.
And I think she was kind of nervous and giddy at the same time.
She had been preparing for this for weeks...possibly months.
Thinking about it, organizing it and praying about it.
It was her 2 worlds colliding.
Kansas friends and Iowa friends coming together.
And let me tell you, we are all blessed to know her.
So happy to see that she is loved just as deeply here in Kansas as she is back in Iowa.
She has been amazing.
I think few people could pull this off the way she has.
She sent her kids and husband off and housed us for 2 days.
We made HUGE progress on the crafting front.
When we leave here tomorrow our etsy shop is on its way to being stocked.
And we owe much of that to Pam.
So thank you Pam.
Thank you for making this happen.
Thank you to all the girls for adding each of their talents and working their butts off.
All for clean water.
(now who's going to help me package and ship all this stuff?!? :))
