SO easy, meg.
and way way yummier than store-bought.
BASIC RECIPE:
1 egg
1 TBL half and half or cream
1 tsp salt
sprinkle of cream of tartar
1/2 to 1 full cup flour

mix together first 4 ingredients and then start adding flour. stir with fork until thick and no longer sticky. Knead a few times on floured surface.

that's it.
then you cut them either with a noodle cutter or you can roll them up like pinwheels, slice them and then unroll them (that's how my mom did it when we were kids).

i usually used 3 eggs and adjust the rest of the ingred. accordingly when i make chicken and noodles for my family.

you should try it!
