SO easy, meg. and way way yummier than store-bought. BASIC RECIPE: 1 egg 1 TBL half and half or cream 1 tsp salt sprinkle of cream of tartar 1/2 to 1 full cup flour
mix together first 4 ingredients and then start adding flour. stir with fork until thick and no longer sticky. Knead a few times on floured surface.
that's it. then you cut them either with a noodle cutter or you can roll them up like pinwheels, slice them and then unroll them (that's how my mom did it when we were kids).
i usually used 3 eggs and adjust the rest of the ingred. accordingly when i make chicken and noodles for my family.

i have no clue how you woudl even begin. i just buy them pre-made. this is interesting to me....my kids would love it!
