btw

the bread will only last about 3-4 days before starting to get moldy.
but it freezes great.
i store mine in THESE bags. at amazon they are part of the 4-for-3 promotion. i have 4 of them. i double up my loaves in a couple. they are big. and i store the bread in the freezer right in these bags. works like a charm.
oh...and if you toast this and put nutella on it, i like it. actually i LOVE it.
