SERIOUSLY! I just found out they opened a Chipotle in IOWA CITY!!!! I think I know what I'm doing tomorrow to celebrate Brigg's last day of school!! WooHoo!!!!!!!!!!!! (and it looks like one is "Coming Soon" to West Des Moines in Valley West!)
only a restaurant with the most amazing burritos (about 5 pounds each) on the planet. it's a bit like panchero only 10 times better. got hooked when we lived in colorado and have been anxiously awaiting their arrived to iowa ever since! :)
lol, they've been there for quite a while already. :) I'm kinda torn between Chipotle, Pancheros... and my new fave Qdoba (in Davenport across from IHOP). Matt would eat every meal at Chipotle if he could! :)

Okay, I totally think Pancheros is better! I do like Chipotle though. But, MMMMMMM Pancheros is my fave!

I love Pancheros, never heard of Chipotle but can't wait to try it. I wonder if that's what I had down at Lake of the Ozarks?
