CONTINUED FALLING TEMPERATURES WILL DRIVE WIND CHILL VALUES TO BITTER COLD LEVELS FROM 20 BELOW TO NEAR 30 BELOW ZERO INTO THE EARLY DAYLIGHT HOURS FRIDAY MORNING.

Crazy, huh. We have a two hour weather delay tomorrow morning, which is nice. The news last night was talking about how the CR homeless shelter is full.. I can't even imagine....
