Just buy it!

We looked at a house last night and this morning Brigg, Lani and I were discussing it.
This is how it went:
BRIGG: Why don't we just buy it?
ME: Well, we need to sell our house first.
BRIGG: Why? Just buy it!
ME: We can't afford to own two houses, Brigg. We need to sell ours first.
BRIGG: I can just buy it. I have $200 in my bank. That's a lot.
ME: Sure Brigg. That should cover it.
and then LANI pipes up: I have a lot of money in my bank, too. I'm going to give mine away to kids who don't have anything.
BRIGG: Well I do need to save some of mine to buy a suit for when I get married.
