YES!!!! and once it does, you're hooked and can't stop! it took me until i could run 2 miles and feel GOOD until i stopped hating it - which was like a good 6 weeks or so. hang in there!
I havent been a runner in a very long time. However, when I was, I lived for it (prior to children). I'd agree, 6 weeks. Yes, before that it is sheer torture.
6 weeks?!? ok, i have seriously ran regularly for six weeks before and by the end of six weeks i would have prefered to give birth to TRIPLETS before getting on that treadmill. i don't think i'm built to be a runner. period.
