By the end of the day it was chaos

Started out early today.
Brigg had "writing camp" from 9-11. He really enjoyed it. But we had to leave the house by 8:10. And we had two VERY late nights on Friday and Saturday. So we were all dragging a bit to start the day off.
Back home and a couple of loads of laundry.
Practice piano.
Off to piano lessons. Brigg "made up" a song and was anxious to share it with Miss Sara. He said, "It's a good song, but it sounds like a song that should be played at a funeral." And honestly, it did! :)
We had a short break before we were off to a baseball game. Paul had an inspection out of town tonight, so he couldn't make the game. It was just me and three very very tired children.
Lani was trying to keep Ayla entertained. Somehow she hit her nose with her knee and the blood started flowing. I was trying to take care of her nose, while watching Brigg on the field. He started acting a little funny and by the time the game was over I was certain that it was low blood sugar. He hadn't eaten much at it was 8:30. He tends to do this on busy days and it always catches up with him.
We were loading up in the car to race home and get some food in Brigg when I realized Ayla had a diaper full of diarrhea. Great.
So we had blood, low blood sugar and diarrhea and 9:00 was fast approaching.
I need to get better at this. Hopefully I can get it figured out by the end of summer...
