She loved it.
She's looked at 15 houses and this in the only one she loved.

So that's that.
Hopefully it's not another 2-3 months before our next showing.
Oh, and it's kind of nice sitting her in a clean clean house with no housework to do while Ayla sleeps. Very very nice....
